In Harmony with Being

Empty your troubled mind and you’ll know in your heart that now
is the moment of transformation you’ve always been hoping for.

Let go of all of your outdated beliefs, blind judgments, and prejudices,
and Being will shine through the world in ways you’ve never imagined.

Listen for the enchanting melody that Mother Earth constantly hums,
and you'll begin to tap your toe, and join Her song in perfect harmony.

Draw completely back from all the outside posturing and clamor,
and sink into the profoundly soothing stillness that awaits within.

Sink your spirit from your mind down to the sacred space in your heart,
and watch as it transforms both you and the entire world around you.

Look up from you distraction, and take time to notice and appreciate
how completely love and grace sustain every aspect of your existence.

Surrender yourself completely, acknolowledging your limited perspective,
and allow yourself to embrace, and be embraced, by all-inclusive Being.

The growth of a soul occurs more as the result of a process of ripening,
than as a consequence of any personal efforts or actions on our parts.

We are not the isolated, separate individuals that it may appear,
but are each inextricably woven into one single fabric of being.

We can zoom in, or zoom out, to explore the infinite experience of being,
from buried deep inside life’s dramas, to seeing through the eyes of God.

Despite our doubts, we are never alone: we are always surrounded
by life forms and beings who whisper their love and their guidance.

Switch your attention—just as you would change the channels—
from the all-consuming melodrama to an all-embracing sacred reality.

The sun’s rays, the air you breathe, the earth you walk, the food you eat,
even the very beating of your heart are all lovingly provided by grace.

Mother Earth’s deep-felt love for you is always readily apparent,
and is obvious anytime you lift your vision from your distractions.

It's crazy to act as if the world we have constructed is more important
than the natural world we live in--the underlying life-sustaining reality.

Each of us is a unique manifestation of one all-inclusive Being,
just beginning to recognize ourselves in our countless varied forms.

The cells, organs, and systems of our bodies work together harmoniously
to maintain, protect, heal, and regenerate us--totally outside our awareness.

We have taken the path that leads away from the known, unraveling world
to walk wide-eyed--as trusting children--toward our unknown destiny.

Relax. Everything of significance is unfolding exactly as it should,
and it doesn’t require any real effort, or even awareness on your part.

Let go, let go, until you become crystal clear and perfectly transparent,
and allow the loving light of Being to flow through you unobstructed.

Each time you let go of another distracting, absorbing attachment
something new can arise--something fresher, cleaner, and purer.

You can transform your daily living space into a sacred, holy place,
by requesting all unwelcome energy depart, and inviting Spirit to abide.

Go into your open heart, intend your consciousness to rise upward,
and invite Being to join you and answer any questions you may have.

We each bask in the brilliant light and profound grace of being,
loved and nurtured to become the beautiful blooms of creation.

This is a time of undeniable and unparalleled uncertainty and change,
offerering each of us the stark, all-determining choice to fear or trust.

What a very clever trick we unkowingly play upon ourselves,
pretending only to see through this one, very limited set of eyes.

If you will only look more deeply inside the outer image, you will always discover the brilliant flame of existence burning in every form.

You are always walking in the presence of the Divine—
above you, below you, around you, within you--always.

The miracle of existence is always unfolding right before our eyes,
revealing itself equally in the tiniest leaf and the vast night sky.

What an enormous relief it is to finally discover that we are
already the being that we have always aspired to become.

Even when the path another walks appears to be a very good path,
you must still determine for yourself whether the path is your path.

When you cand tune your attention to hear only the highest voice,
you always receive the simple, comforting assurance that all is well.

Thank you Father Sun for your light, your warmth, your life-giving
rays, and your rays of change--all gifts of your radiant love and grace.

Thank you Mother Earth for the air above, the ground and water below,
the plants and creatures, my own body—all gifts of your loving grace.

From the still place inside, you can speak with anyone you choose,
near or far, living or dead, in any dimension—especially your Father.

What in your life could possibly hold your attention focused so completely
that it would keep you from seeing Being shining in everything around you?

There is a glorious loving being waiting, hoping for your recognition
behind every cautious, role-bound personality you will ever encounter.

What a relief to spend time with someone at ease enough with themself
that you need not play a false or lesser role to allay their doubts and fears.

Clinging to memories or life-long ways may suggest a sense of permanence,
but the flow of being rushes ever on, washing everything clean as it goes.

What an incredible life-long challenge to tame and master this animal we ride;
this spirited, willful, quirky human body, that tends to buck and protest so.

Troubling world events and compelling dramas may swirl around you; but you can stand steady, centered and rooted in yourself, free from their siren call.

My heart sings “glory, glory, glory” to my ever-gracious Father and Mother,
and to my brothers and sisters of love and light scattered through existence.

Just as the storm's wind and rain will wash clean a soot-filled, toxic sky,
nature can scour away the accumulated haze that clouds our hearts and souls.

It’s so easy to hear the resounding external calls that urge on you to action,
but much harder to hear the voice inside that points your own way forward.

Once we ride our own light back to source, and know the whole of being,
we reconnect with all the strands of light that extend throughout creation.

Our Father has never abandoned us or stopped loving us; His light, love
and acceptance aren’t gifts He gives, but the very essence of what He is.

It’s impossible to know what this rapidly changing world holds in store; so, just relax, trust in the flow of creation, and open your heart to embrace it.

Empty yourself, open yourself, then bid the higher voice inside
to speak through you the calm, clear truth and wisdom that you seek.

Our troubled world could be washed clean in a startling instant,
but it, and we endure; for love, hope, and purpose are still unfolding.

We are not the rulers, residents, or guests here on Mother Earth;
but we are part of Her, spirit beings, dressed by Her in human form.

Our beliefs, judgments, and prejudices are our personal illusions
that condition our reactions to what is, and separate us from oneness.

God’s light, love, and acceptance flow to and through you constantly,
but you must open to accept these gifts, and clear away any obstacles.

Just as each atom contributes to form the body we know as a person,
each of us adds a significant part to the oneness that flows as a whole.

More potently than our anger, outrage, protests, or urgent calls to change,
holding love in our hearts for her best serves to soothe our Mother’s pain.

Our world--the one we see, touch, taste, and smell--is just one facet, one of many possibilities, within the glittering diamond of existence.

Knowing less and less and trusting more and more is the humblest
and wisest way to enter the entirely unforeseeable reality of now.

We are beings of light, overlaid with biology and cultural accumulations,
diligently seeking to find our way back to that original light, to ourselves.

You are a guiding beacon of light, love, and peace here on this earth,
making your precious contribution because of who you are, your being.

Remember that you are always loved by everyone and everything,
as we are all parts of one loving being--no matter how it may appear.

We are entering a new realm—the whole earth is entering a new realm—
so we can relax, knowing that the struggle is over, and experience joy.

This earth we live on is not as solid or permanent as it may seem: It’s taking its rightful place in a higher realm, and we all must ride along.

From this extremely limited vantage point, it's impossible to understand the purpose that triggers events, and guides our steps toward fulfillment.

Until you recognize yourself in everything, and know everything as yourself,
you can be quite certain that you still have something more left to release.

Brothers, sisters, it’s difficult, but still very possible to look beyond our
arbitrary judgments and discriminations to see the commonality in us all.

Mother Earth is a wholeness who is always seeking total natural balance:
Every plate shift, eruption, or storm surge urges us back toward harmony.

Just as the sun’s rays radiate in all directions and still arrive as sunlight;
Being radiates through all creation, and we are that light of God arriving.

With three slow breaths remove yourself from all judgment and stress, and restore yourself to the harmonious, flowing being in which we always abide.

Anywhere you are, seek ways to remain in touch with the natural world,
as nature shines a constant light that cleanses both your body and your soul.

What a rascal God is to clothe Himself in such unlikely, challenging forms,
and what a delight it is to find Him there, hidden away inside each one.

Seek God in everything, and beliefs, judgments, and prejudices fall away: Free of beliefs, judgments, and prejudices, oneness becomes apparent.

Mother Earth is a spirit manifest in form—just as we are spirits in human form--who loves us dearly, provides generously, and appreciates any love we return.

Before you undertake any activity in your daily life, first take a moment
to enter your heart, and allow your action be directed from there.

You can determine the advisability of taking any action quite simply
by asking yourself if you intend to carry it out with an open heart.

We are part of a vast cosmic community extending throughout the stars,
and our brothers and sisters in every realm eagerly await our pending reunion.

We can become just as humble, pure, and transparent as our brother, Christ,
so that the light, love, and acceptance of God shines through us unobstructed.

The world we construct is ruled by artificial time constraints and expectations,
while the natural world flows in cycles, always unfolding in the present moment.

For the most part, we live unaware of the harmony operating in our world,
neither noticing the breath we take, nor the life-giving air that fills our lungs.

Mother Earth has finally begun Her joyful ascent into a higher realm,
and everything and everyone will have to change to make the journey.

From a central point, God’s consciousness streams out through all existence,
and we are that consciousness recognizing itself, and recreating oneness.

Those of us who have yet to heal, with doubts, burdens, and hard lives are loved beyond our ability to accept, and are still embraced in the heart of Being.

We are about to move into a less dense higher realm, a realm of greater light,
and must shed all darkness, all of our light-obstructing judgments and beliefs.

Like Noah, we’re preparing to ride out a storm, unclear of our destination,
but trusting that soon we’ll wash up safely on a new and pristine shore.

The guides and beings of light we turn to for encouragement and inspiration
are radiated rays of light, like us, manifesting the clarity of a higher realm.

We are the distant manifestations of a stream of light that originates from source,
swimming upstream as ever-purer forms, until we once again become the One.

The loving light of God--the very force of life--radiates through us constantly, but we must turn inward, toward the light inside, to recognize it shining there.

Step back, view Mother Earth from space, floating in the dark vast void,
and you’ll see just what a jewel She is, one of God’s most precious treasures.

The most important thing that we can do is to stop worrying, stop resisting,
stop pushing, stop tensing, stop clinging, stop doubting…and to trust in Being.

We remove ourselves from Mother Earth and the natural harmony she embodies, but if we humble ourselves, She’ll embrace us, and remind us again how to live.

Everything in the cosmos is part of one elegant, harmonious symphony of light,
directed by a masterful, loving hand, joyfully exploring ever-expanding creation.

When you make your way outside the city, and enter an open, natural space,
you feel the weight of density lift, and Mother’s energy welcomes you home.

Let go of all personal responsibility and allow Being to fully manifest through you; to see what It would see, act as It would act, and be as It would be through you.

As we release our beliefs, judgments, prejudices, attachments, and fears;
we become less our lower, denser selves, and more like God, our highest self.

There are those who see, hear, and touch the mystery in everything around them,
and we can heighten and tune our senses to know and love the world as they do.

The road forward from here leads us back to the land, back to Mother Earth,
requiring that we build a new relationship with Her, one based on mutual love.

When asked, God has one single, overriding message that He wishes us to hear,
and that is that He loves us all and accepts us all, without any exceptions.

Time’s up. There’s no time left for procrastination or resistance going forward: Now the pace and scope of change will quicken, awakening our humility and awe.

Everything on this earth is a conscious being and a living teacher with a personal lesson to teach us, if we are willing to pay attention and to listen.

As we radiate more of Being, we become more fragrant and attractive, drawing people and Spirit Beings, and enjoying many more synchronistic experiences.

As we empty ourselves and manifest higher levels of consciousness, energy, and light; Spirit responds by infusing us with even more light, creating an ever-ascending spiral.

Our simple, heart-felt ceremonies held at sunrise, full moon, or change of season are offered to remember and recommit our love, gratitude, and devotion to all of Being.

Nature flows along as a self-sustaining, self-balancing whole when left to herself, and we can find our place in that whole by observing her and following her instruction.

We have seen ourselves as separate, working against all outside forces, but we are part of the vast web of life, nature’s cherished prodigal sons and daughters.

Everything in nature, in all of being, has its place and a role to fulfill, and we are no exception, contributing essential parts, but unaware of our true function in the whole.

The more aware we become of the complexity and interrelatedness of all life, the more compelled we are to stand in awe, and humbly bow our heads in gratitude.

The entire earth, and every single living thing upon it, serves as a metaphor, teaching how to live in harmony, and revealing the deeper mysteries of creation.

Just as we are now recognizing that our nation is only one part of an integrated larger world, we will soon realize that Mother Earth Herself functions as one member of a vast cosmic community.

Mother Earth loves us and willingly offers up everything we could ever need or want; but for our part, we must learn to trust Her, co-operate with Her, and accept Her gifts.

This life, this world--all of creation--is so incredibly elegant and beautiful that it would be a waste of our gift of awareness not to marvel, admire, and give thanks.

If you walk this earth with an open heart, radiating love and light as you go your way, Mother Earth and your brothers and sisters will embrace and aid you on your journey.
