In Harmony with Being

Empty and quiet your troubled mind, and you’ll feel in your heart and know that this is the time of change you’ve waited for, and always knew would come.

If you'll let go of all of your accumulated beliefs, blind judgments, and prejudices, you'll see Being shining through this world everywhere, in ways you’ve never imagined.

If you’ll listen closely for the enchanting melody that Mother Earth always sings,
you’ll first begin to tap your toe, and then you'll find you’ve joined Her perfect harmony.

Draw back completely from all the outside posturing, pressures, and clamor, and sink deeply into the profound, soothing stillness that always awaits within.

Let your spirit sink from its usual place in your mind to the sacred space in your heart, and then observe the transformation that makes in you, and in the world around you.

When you look up from you distractions and take time to observe and notice,
you realize how completely love and grace sustain every aspect of your life.

Empty and surrender yourself completely, letting go of anything that separates,
and make room for your Father to enter, and to fill you with His love and light.

The growth of our souls occurs more as the result of a process of ripening,
than as a consequence of any deliberate personal efforts or actions we take.

We are not the isolated, separate individual selves that it may appear we are,
but rather filaments of light, radiating from one source, and parts of one Being.

We can either zoom in, or zoom out, to explore the infinite experience of being,
from being deep inside a personal experience, to seeing through the eyes of God.

Despite our frequent doubts, we are never alone, but are constantly surrounded
by countless life forms, spirit beings, and our Father who offer love and guidance.

You can shift your attention—just as you would switch between internet sites—
selecting either an all-consuming personal drama, or an all-embracing sacred reality.

The sun’s rays, the air you breathe, the earth you walk upon, the food you eat,
and even the beating of your own heart are all freely, lovingly provided by grace.

Mother Earth’s deep-felt, constantly-abiding love for you is always readily available, and immediately becomes apparent anytime you lift your vision from your distractions.

It's crazy to behave as if our constructed, man-made world is more substantial
than the incredible natural world we live in--the underlying, life-sustaining reality.

Each of us is a unique manifestation of an ever-expanding, all-inclusive Being,
just beginning to recognize our Self as that Being in one of its countless forms.

The cells, organs, and complex systems of our bodies work together harmoniously
to maintain, protect, heal, and regenerate us continually—all outside our awareness.

We have taken the path that leads away from the unraveling world we’ve known
to walk wide-eyed--as trusting children--toward an opening, but unknown destiny.

You can relax, trusting that everything of significance is unfolding as it should,
without requiring any real effort, responsibility, or even awareness on your part.

Let go, let go, and then let go again, until you are crystal clear, perfectly transparent, and able to allow the loving light of Being to flow through you totally unobstructed.

Each time you are able to let go of one of your distracting, absorbing attachments
something else can arise, something new--something fresher, cleaner, and purer.

You can transform your daily living space into a sacred, holy place quite easily
by requesting that all unwelcome energy depart, and inviting Spirit to abide.

Quiet your mind, go into your open heart, intend your consciousness to rise upward, and invite Being to join with you, and to answer any questions you may have.

We are living at a time of undeniable change and inescapable uncertainty,
presenting us each with a stark, life-determining choice either to fear or to trust.

What an incredibly clever trick we have designed to play upon ourselves,
pretending that we can only see through this one, very limiting set of eyes.

If you'll only take the time to look more deeply beyond the outer image,
you’ll discover the brilliant flame of Being burning brightly inside each form.

You can be assured that you’re always walking in the presence of God:
It is above you, below you, around you, within you—everywhere, always.

The miracle of existence is continually visible, unfolding right before our eyes,
whether it reveals itself as the tiniest leaf unfolding, or as the vast night sky.

What a relief it is to spend time with someone at ease enough with themself that you need not play a false or lesser role yourself to allay their doubts or fears.

Even when the path another person walks appears to be a very good path,
you must still determine yourself whether that path is indeed your own path.

When you tune your attention to hear only the highest, purist, and clearest voice, you always receive the direct, simple, and comforting assurance that all is well

Thank you Father Sun for bestowing your light, your warmth, your life-giving
rays, and your life-changing rays--all these gifts of your radiant love and grace.

Thank you Mother Earth for the sky above; the earth, water, plants, and creatures
below; and for this vehicle, this amazing body—all gifts of your loving grace.

Seated in the still place inside yourself, you can speak with anyone you choose,
whether they be near or far, living or dead, in any realm, including your Father.

What is it in your daily life that absorbs and holds your attention so completely
that it keeps you from seeing the Being shining through everything around you?

There is a glorious, loving Being just waiting, hoping for your acceptance and love,
hidden behind each and every cautious, self-protective personality you encounter.

What a relief to spend time with someone who is at ease enough with themself
that you do not need to play a false or lesser role to allay their doubts and fears.

Clinging to memories or life-long behaviors may offer a false sense of permanence,
but the flow of being rushes ever on, washing everything clean and new as it goes.

It’s an incredible life-long challenge to tame and master this wild animal we ride;
this spirited, willful human body, that can pull us along, bucking and protesting so.

Earth changes, troubling events, and compelling dramas may swirl around you; but you can stand steady, centered and rooted in yourself, unshaken and at peace.

Our hearts sing “glory, glory, glory” to our loving, gracious Father and Mother, and to our brothers and sisters of love and light scattered throughout existence.

Just as a storm's winds and rain will wash clean a dreary, soot-filled, toxic sky,
nature can also scour away the accumulated haze that clouds our hearts and souls.

It’s very easy to hear the resounding calls of others urging you on to action,
but much harder to hear the quiet voice inside that points your own way forward.

Once we ride our own light back to source, and reconnect with all of Being,
we connect again with all the strands of light that extend throughout creation.

Our Father has never abandoned us, and has never stopped loving us; His light,
love and acceptance aren’t gifts He gives us, but the very essence of His Being.

It’s impossible to anticipate what this chaotic, changing world holds in store;
so, just relax, trust in the flow of creation, and open your heart to embrace it.

Empty yourself, open yourself, and then bid the higher voice inside yourself
to speak to you and through you the calm, clear truth and wisdom that you seek.

Our entire troubled world could be washed clean in just one startling instant,
but it, and we, endure for sake of the love, hope, and purpose that are still unfolding.

We humans are not the rulers, residents, or even guests here on Mother Earth;
but we arise as part of Her, as spirit beings dressed by Her in human form.

Our personal beliefs, judgments, and prejudices are simply accumulated illusions
that condition our perceptions and reactions to what is, separating us from oneness.

Your Father’s light, love, and acceptance flow to and through your being constantly, but you must open to accept these gifts, and work to clear away any obstacles.

Just as each individual atom contributes to form the body we know as a person,
each of us is an integral, significant piece of the oneness that flows as a whole.

More potent than any expression of our outrage, protest, or urgent call for change, what best serves to soothe Mother Earth’s pain is when we truly hold Her in our hearts.

Our world--this world we see, touch, taste, and smell--is just one small facet,
one of countless possibilities within the vast glittering diamond of existence.

Continually knowing less and less, and trusting more and more is the wisest
and certainly the humblest way to enter the entirely unimaginable reality of now.

We are all glorious beings of light, overlaid with biology and cultural accumulations, all diligently seeking to find our way back to that original light, back to ourselves.

You shine as a guiding beacon of light, love, and peace here on this earth,
making your precious, unique contribution because of who you are--your being.

No matter how it appears, we are always deeply loved by everyone and everything, because behind the many confusing disguises, we are all parts of one loving being.

We are entering a new, higher realm—the whole earth is entering a new realm—
so, relax and harmonize with the necessary changes that move us toward rebirth.

This holy earth we live upon is not as solid or as permanent as it appears to be,
and we must all ride along as it transforms to assume its place in a higher realm.

From our extremely limited vantage point, it's impossible to see or understand
the hand or purpose that triggers events, or guides our steps toward fulfillment.

Until you recognize yourself in everything, and know everything as your Self,
you can be quite certain that there’s still something else left for you to release.

While very difficult, we still possess the capability of looking beyond our beliefs, arbitrary judgments, and prejudices to recognize the commonality we all share.

Mother Earth is a being, a wholeness, who always seeks a return to natural balance: Every plate shift, eruption, or storm surge urges us back toward harmony.

Just as the sun’s rays radiate out in all directions and still arrive as sunlight;
Being radiates out through all creation, and we are that light of God arriving.

With three slow breaths you can remove yourself from all judgment and stress,
and restore yourself to the harmonious, flowing Being in which we always abide.

Anywhere you find yourself, seek ways to remain in touch with the natural world, as nature always shines a constant light that cleanses both your body and your soul.

What a rascal God must be to clothe Himself in such unlikely, unrecognizable forms, and what a delight it is to discover Him here, hidden away inside each and every one.

Seek to see God in everything, and beliefs, judgments, and prejudices all fall away:
Once free of beliefs, judgments, and prejudices, then oneness becomes apparent.

Mother Earth is a spirit manifest in form—just as we are spirits in human form—
and she loves us dearly, provides generously, and appreciates any love we return.

Before you undertake any activity in your daily life, first take a brief moment
to enter your heart, and make certain that your action is directed from there.

You can determine the advisability of taking any action quite simply
by asking yourself if you intend to carry it out with an open heart.

We are part of a vast cosmic community that extends out through the stars, with brothers and sisters who eagerly and lovingly await our imminent reunion.

We can become just as humble, pure, and transparent as our brother, Christ,
and allow the light, love, and acceptance of God to shine through us unobstructed.

The world we’ve constructed is ruled by artificial time constraints and expectations, while the natural world around us flows in cycles, and unfolds in the present moment.

For the most part, we live entirely unaware of the harmony operating in our world, neither noticing the breath we take in, nor the life-giving air that fills our lungs.

Mother Earth has finally begun Her transformation and rise into a higher realm, and now everyone and everything must change as well, to make the journey with Her.

From a central one-point, God’s consciousness streams out through all existence,
and we are that consciousness recognizing itself, and restoring itself to oneness.

Even those of us who have yet to heal, with doubts, burdens, and hard lives are
loved beyond our ability to accept, and are always embraced in the heart of Being.

We are about to move into a less dense higher realm, a realm of greater light,
and must shed all darkness, all of our light-obstructing judgments and beliefs.

Just like Noah, we’re preparing to ride out the storm, unclear of our destination,
but trusting that we’ll soon wash up safely on a cleansed and pristine shore.

The spiritual beings of light we turn to for guidance, encouragement, and inspiration are radiated rays of light like us, but manifest the clarity of a higher vibrating realm.

We are the distant manifestations of a stream of light that originates from source,
swimming upstream as ever-purer forms, until we once again become the One.

The loving light of God--the very force of life--radiates through us constantly, but we must turn inward, toward the light inside, to recognize it shining there.

Step back, and view Mother Earth from space, floating in the dark vast void,
and you’ll see just what a jewel She is, one of God’s most precious treasures.

The most important thing we can do now is to stop worrying, stop resisting,
stop pushing, stop tensing, stop clinging, stop doubting…and to trust in Being.

We remove ourselves from Mother Earth and the natural harmony she embodies,
but if we’ll humble ourselves, She’ll embrace us, and remind us how to live again.

Everything in the cosmos is part of one elegant, harmonious symphony of light,
directed by a masterful, loving hand, joyfully exploring ever-expanding creation.

When you make your way outside the city, and enter an open, natural space,
you feel the weight of density lift, and Mother’s energy welcomes you home.

Let go of all personal responsibility and allow Being to fully manifest through you; to see what It would see, act as It would act, and be as It would be through you.

As we release our beliefs, judgments, prejudices, attachments, and fears;
we become less our lower, denser selves, and more like God, our highest self.

There are those who see, hear, and touch the mystery in everything around them,
and we can heighten and tune our senses to know and love the world as they do.

The road forward from here leads us back to the land, back to Mother Earth,
requiring that we build a new relationship with Her, one based on mutual love.

When asked, God has one single, overriding message that He wishes us to hear,
and that message is that He loves us all, and accepts us all, without any exceptions.

Time’s up! There’s no longer time for procrastination or resistance going forward,
as the pace and scope of change are quickening, to awaken our humility and awe.

Everyone and everything on this earth is a conscious being and a living teacher,
with a personal lesson to teach us, if we are willing to pay attention and to listen.

As we radiate more of Being, we become more fragrant and attractive, drawing people and Spirit Beings, and enjoying many more synchronistic experiences.

As we empty ourselves and manifest higher levels of consciousness, energy, and light, Spirit responds by infusing us with even more light, creating an ever-ascending spiral.

Simple, heart-felt ceremonies held at sunrise, the full moon, or at the change of season celebrate creation, express our love and gratitude, and recommit our surrender to Being.

Nature flows as a self-sustaining, self-balancing whole when left to Herself, and we can find our rightful place in that whole by observing and following Her instruction.

We have seen ourselves as separated from Nature, working against an outside force, but we are part of the vast web of life, Nature’s cherished prodigal sons and daughters.

Everything in nature, in all of being, has its place and its role to fulfill in creation,
and we are no exception, making our contributions unaware of our part in the whole.

The more aware we become of the complexity and interrelatedness of all forms of life, the more we feel compelled to stand in awe, and humbly bow our heads in gratitude.

The entire earth, and every single living thing upon it, serves as a metaphor,
teaching us to live in harmony, and revealing the deeper mysteries of creation.

Just as we now recognize that our nation is only one part of an interconnected world, we'll also soon realize that our earth is just one member of a vast cosmic community.

Mother Earth loves us, and willingly offers up everything we need to meet our needs; but for our part, we must learn to love, trust, and to co-operate with Her in return.

This life, this world--all of creation--is so incredibly elegant and beautiful that it would waste our gift of awareness not to marvel, admire, and give thanks.

If you walk this earth with an open heart, radiating love and light as you go your way, Mother Earth and your brothers and sisters will embrace and aid you on your journey.

Looking down on any city from a mountain top or plane, you see the larger context, revealing our fragile, impermanent reality, dwarfed against the backdrop of creation.

No matter how near or far you are, or how aware you are, along the ray of light that extends out into creation from Source, you are still that one glorious light.

Why approach the mysteries of life through the accounts of others when all the
lessons are laid out before us all, ready to be experienced personally and directly?

Can you trust now, while the world around you seems so uncertain, divisive, and chaotic; while Mother Earth Herself shifts and shakes beneath your very feet? You can trust now.

Whether you find yourself in the most beautiful spot on earth, or confined in a small cell, look around, and you’ll always find a manifestation of life, revealing itself as a miracle.

Choose first to love and honor your Father and Mother Earth in every aspect of your life, and then to live simply, in love, peace, and harmony with all of your brothers and sisters.

Mother Earth provides everything—the air we breathe, the food we eat, the water we drink, the homes we live in, and even the bodies we inhabit—precious gifts we take for granted.

You can align yourself with the rushing torrent of social interaction and transaction, or you can opt instead to harmonize with the rooted, steady, flowing energy of nature.

Your Father offers to walk beside you here on earth and be your constant companion, but you must welcome Him, make a place for Him, and stay open to His loving presence.

Life is always emerging, transforming, and expanding with an incredible tenacity,
striving constantly to fulfill itself and to honor the Light that has brought it forth.

Every realm of existence operates at its own vibration, and under its own conditions, and now, as the vibration of the earth is being raised, we’ll see new laws take effect.

We can learn to open our heart to embrace and harmonize with everything around us, but ultimately we open to embrace and harmonize with Being, and we become one.

The one true purpose for our prayers is to express our heart-felt love and gratitude to our Father for His grace that spins out the entire world around us in perfect harmony.

We may be aware of our deep longing to harmonize and become one with our Father, but it’s a wonderful surprise to realize that our Father also longs to become one with us.

The more closely you harmonize with your Father, the more completely you release the misperceptions that create the sense of separation, until you once again align, and remember who you are.

We each align our self with some limiting point of focus to direct our attention and life energy, but we can choose instead to harmonize with our Father, our highest Self, and align with all of Being.

To fully harmonize with your Father, you must release everything to make room for Him to enter into you and to align with you more completely, until ultimately you become one.

Once you harmonize with your Father completely and become one with Him,
you discover that everyone and everything else exists in perfect harmony as well.
